Roles & Responsibilities To assist for all aspects of contract administration To assist in preparation of tender costing and tender documents To assist in request quotation from suppliers/ sub-con To assist in preparation of costing for tender To issue purchase order, delivery order and invoicing To issue customer quotation, work order, worker list and work permit application etc To maintain general clerical duties such as organize necessary documentation, files and records To perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the company. To prepare petty cash claim and handle hardware purchases Requirements Candidates must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any fields Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point Preferable female candidates Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia Clear communication in English both verbally and written At least 1 year(s) relevant working experience Good attitude, responsible, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work well independently
