Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

- Perform general administrative tasks including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.


-Preparing D/O and Invoices on a daily basis


-Maintain and organize office records, documentation, and filing systems.


-Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.


-Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.


-Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management

- Possess good attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills and able to work as a team.


-Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.


-Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.


-Passion to deal with people internally and externally.


-Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.


-Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.


-Required language(s): English, Bahasa and literate in Mandarin would be an added advantage
