Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory.
Liaise with vendors and service providers.
Handle internal and external communications.
Assist in planning and executing events or projects.
Track tasks and follow up for timely completion.
Conduct research and compile data.
Identify and resolve administrative issues.
RequirementsDiploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Adaptable, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello) is a bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
