Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Handling day to day general office administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Inputting and updating data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems accurately and efficiently.
Managing incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and phone calls, and redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, equipment, and pantry items.
Assisting lawyers in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to sale & purchase agreements, developers' projects, bank loan documentation, perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, discharge of charge, deed of receipt & reassignment.
Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage until the completion stage.
Submitting documents for stamping and filing using government websites.
Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess good attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills & able to work as a team.
Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.
Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa andliterate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
