The Administrative Staff will play a crucial role in assisting our lawyers with daily matters and performing various secretarial tasks.
This position requires a proactive individual with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including client consultations and internal discussions.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Handle client intake and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with billing and invoicing as needed.
Qualifications:Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and spreadsheets.
Attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and meet tight deadlines.
Professional with good work ethic.
Good time management and organizational skills.
