Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Job ResponsibilityProvide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
Perform data entry.
Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
Maintain office supplies for department.
Maintain stock inventory and organize stock take.
Prepare shipment consignment notes and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all packages.
Job RequirementsAt least 1 year working experience in related field.
Able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
