Admin Assistant (Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to various departments across the business.
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document/stock management.
Manage office/clinics supplies by maintaining adequate stock levels and placing necessary orders.
Coordinate office/clinics maintenance and repairs, including liaising with vendors and service providers for both scheduled and emergency repairs.
Ensure tools, equipment, and consumables are properly stored, and inventory records are consistently updated.
Oversee the upkeep of company vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and clean.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or certificate inrelevant fields .
Candidates must haveat least 1 year of experience , but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle private and confidential matters with discretion.
Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
