Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as needed.Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.Monitor the Whats App group to efficiently handle client requests and address complaints.Prepare and maintain documents, quotation, sales, spreadsheets, and reports.Collaborate with other team members to support overall office functions.Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily reports to managers, highlighting key activities, accomplishments, and any outstanding issues requiring attention.Oversee inventory management, including stock control for office supplies, workshop item and parts and other related materials.
