ADMIN CLERK (1 POSITION), AR CLERK CUM ADMIN (1 POSITION)Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily office administration work such as sending email invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, packing lists, etc.
Email SO/PO/INV to customers and suppliers.
Handle email correspondence.
Able to work with multiple parties (suppliers, customers, and operations) to complete the sales process.
Ensure collection of payment with the internal team.
Follow up on outstanding orders/enquiries.
Coordinate and work in alignment with the operations team (accounts & logistics) on both goods purchase and delivery.
Work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Assist superior in record keeping, updating data, and filing.
Assist in general office administrative matters.
File documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as required.
Requirements:
Preferably with 1 year working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision and enjoys working independently.
Able to start work immediately.
Hardworking with a positive attitude.
Proactive, energetic, responsible, willing to learn, result-oriented, and has a good working attitude.
Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency towards task completion.
Able to work under a fast-paced and pressure environment.
Must be computer literate (MS Word/Excel).
SQL user COMPULSORY.
Basic salary from RM 1500 - RM 1700.
EPF / SOCSO / EIS / Annual Leave / Medical Leave.
5 Working Days (8.30am-5.30pm).
