In charge of customer service in E-Commerce platforms as well as social media.Prepare airway bill and packing details for E-Commerce platform.Arrange appointments, order stationery and handle administrative work including ordering suppliesPrepare documents for audit & answering audit/tax queriesResponsible for overall general office administrative duties including data entry, filing, reception duties and information channelingMaintain office inventory & suppliesMaintain client & vendor databaseAttend phone call, walk-in & email enquiries or complaintsPrepare internal and external correspondences including memos, letters, notices, reports & presentationsAssist in procurement & expenditure requisition such as sourcing for quotations, tabling comparisons and preparing purchase ordersAssist in arranging for appointments/meetings and take notes/minutes where necessaryEnsure smooth and running efficiency of the building management officeProvide assistance to the Accounts Executive such as data entry, office inventory, documentation, following-up with outstanding defaulters, collection of service chargesHandling and follow-up on residents / owners' complaintsAble to handle HR administrative works (eg. recording, maintaining attendance, annual leave, staff claims and etc)Perform any other ad hoc tasks as may be reasonably required.
