Key Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks: Manage inventory records, orders, and shipments in retail or wholesale businesses. Assist with customer service, including answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Maintain filing systems, databases, and ensure documentation is organized and up to date. Process purchase orders and ensure timely stock replenishment. Accounting Tasks: Handle invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy in amounts, dates, and customer details. Monitor and record daily sales, transactions, and payments from customers. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate invoicing for e-commerce or wholesale clients. E-commerce Specific Duties  Ensure smooth transaction processes for online sales and payments. Track and report on online sales metrics and performance. Other Responsibilities: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery of goods. Assist in stock management and prepare regular stock reports. Skills: Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and vendors. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., AutoCount Accounting Softwar, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management tools). Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle competing priorities. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions to everyday office challenges. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and document handling. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications: Experience in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce settings is preferred but not always required. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok) is a plus.
