Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling general administrative and clerical duties while ensuring smooth and efficient customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities: Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain customer-related documentation, including receiving and shipping records.Ensure the timely completion of all documentation activities and maintain an organized filing and archiving system.Workspace Organization: Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace, contributing to overall office organization.Team Support: Provide coverage and support for team members' tasks during their absence.Assist with various administrative tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.Collaboration: Collaborate with external parties (vendors, customers, etc.) on matters related to the organization.Order Fulfillment: Assist in the fulfillment of customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail with excellent time management abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).How to Apply: Please send your resume and cover letter to [email address] with the subject line "Customer Service Representative Application."
