Job Description Open Position: Admin Clerk A Car Detailing shop is looking for Admin Clerk to join them and be based in the Petaling Jaya office.
Key requirements include: Reporting to employer and performing secretarial and administrative duties Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and etc Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes Managing utilities expenses, bills, cheques, book keeping and etc Preparing invoices, payment collection, prepare receipts and follow up with customers Good experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines Good written and verbal communication skills If you are interested, please send your CV to ******  for a confidential discussion.
