**Job Purpose/Summary**:**Key responsibilities**:Account Engagement:- Conduct relationship management with assigned marketer's agents in conjunction with marketer as additional point of contact and to provide support to agents.- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Direct Sales Engagement:- Provide service by attending to walk in customers and direct customers or agent's enquiries.- Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customers and agents support.- Monitor and follow up on renewals under Direct channel.Credit Control:- Liaise with marketers on CBC & Premium Warranty - to escalate to marketers for further actions if failed to collect after 2nd attempts.- Prepare SOA to agents and follow up with marketers on collection for assigned agents.- Liaise with agents directly for the outstanding premium payment.- Responsible for receipt issuance.Business Sales Support:- To assist marketers in handling queries and problem solving on servicing queries to marketer's agents.- Assist to batch non-motor submission, conduct proposal review, underwriting analysis in accordance with Underwriting Guidelines.- Responsible for auto renewal payment and policy issuance. Follow up with marketer on auto renewal cases which were assigned by Branch Administrator.- To support Marketing Officers on agent's enquiries when MO are not around.- Submit completed claims documents to claims team.Admin Support:- Responsible for filing of agency documents and reports.- To ensure policy issuance for each case which was submitted.- Conduct proposal review and check completeness.Other Responsibilities:- Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager / Branch Administrator**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 4 months**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
