Admin Clerk (Security Company)

Our client, based in Seremban 2, is setting up a new security company and is now actively seeking a Security Administrative Clerk.
We are currently hiring for this role and prefer someone who can start immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing physical and online tenders before the deadline.
Ensure tender advertisements are attended by the tender team nationwide.
Handle administrative tasks such as the renewal of company licenses (Ministry of Finance / Unit Perancang Ekonomi Negeri Sembilan / Tender Direct / Majlis and other registered portals).
Responsible for the registration of employees or authorized staff in the Ministry of Home Affairs system (E-sims System).
Prepare quotations for GLC, private, and government sectors.
Responsible for the renewal of client agreements and maintaining records.
Maintain records of Tenancy Agreements (Hostel / House Rental).
Handle inquiries and complaints from clients.
Keep records of Company Certificates and Company Licenses.
Assist in foreign workers management, including work permit/visa applications, FOMEMA arrangements, and working permit renewals/cancellations.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
Assist in preparing monthly reports of payroll expenses for the director's reference.
Assist in preparing EPF and SOCSO contributions for employees.
