Admin Coordinator

Details of the offer

Responsibility & Authority:Handling sales administration work
Documentation and Filling in order
Maintain and update record for Sales and Stock Listing
Arrange 3rd party logistic transport if needed
Contact and follow up customer order
Coordinate with Sales Executive and Factory side for stock delivery
Assist Sales & Marketing Exe / Manager
Ensures that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out
Adhering to safety and performance standards
Other ad hoc tasks and duties as when required
Customer services
Basic data sales analysis
Competency Requirements:SPM or Diploma In Marketing or other related subject
Strong communication skills
Knowledge in computer literate
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
