Job Description: Ensure periodic orders are kept up to date and accurate.Through extensive data analysis, compile weekly reports and develop knowledge of store, and product level performance.Maintain replenishment inventory quantities, weekly delivery reflows by origin, and merchandise plans.Manage product roll-outs, perform markdowns and ensure that all sales opportunities are fully taken advantage of.Propose, implement inter-store transfer and movement of stock to achieve optimal stock balances.Analyze sales and stock performance, demonstrate an understanding of key drivers of sell through and margins and provide recommendations for actions to help maximize opportunities and limit risk.Monitor stock situation and immediate rectification of over or under stock situation.Perform other related duties or ad hoc duties or ad hoc assignment assigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level.Must be able to speak, read Chinese label.Proficient in excel and Microsoft Office.Proactive personality and good initiative in solution findings.Self-motivation and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Preferably possess own transport and willing to travel excessively for store visit.
