Responsibilities:


-Issuing invoices, delivery order, consignment note, credit card entries, online sales transactions, staff claims, data entries to accounting system 


-Uploaded documentation to department stores portal.


-Filing documentation 


-Delivery arrangements


-Branches accounts control (POS system)


-Inventories control (HQ and all outlets)


-Any ad-hoc related activities

-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.


-Required skill(s): MS Excel, AUTOCOUNT?


-Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.


-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


-Immediate start will be first consider.
