Admin Cum Account Assistant

Details of the offer

-Responsible for the general administrative duties such as handling of documentations, data entry and etc.


-Assisting with financial tasks, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and preparing collection reports.


-Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping.


-Assist in office general accounts, admin and operation.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.


-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.


-At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


-Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Familiar with SQL accounting system would be added advantages.


-Must be self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.


-Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.


-Technically sound and competent.


-Computer literate and experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.


-To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.


-Relevant working experience will be added advantage


-Full-Time position(s) available.
