Job Description: Attain new customer queries walk in or from social media Guiding clients to complete brain assessment (EEG).
Guiding clients to complete Neuro-feedback Training.
Correspondence and follow-up on new brain training customers on scheduling their training time and payment collection.
Issue receipt for the payment received using the software system and follow-up on outstanding payment and report to Centre Manager.
Scheduling and arrangement of existing clients brain training timetable.
Prepare documentation or coordinating and correspondence for brain test report, training account creation with HQ.
Communicate or attain with parents queries about their child's brain training condition and progress.
Ad-Hoc task or project given by Centre Manager.
Job Requirements : Fresh graduated are welcome Salary Range: From RM3000 to RM4000 Benefits: Year end bonus 1-3 months.
