About the role
As an Admin cum Buyer at Tong Seng Fabricators Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial administrative and procurement role within our well-established manufacturing company located in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position will see you managing a variety of administrative tasks as well as handling purchasing responsibilities to support our operations.
What you'll be doing Carrying out general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, posses monthly salary, and document managementHandling procurement activities including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and placing ordersEnsuring inventory levels are maintained and replenished as neededLiaising with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve issuesProviding support to the management team as requiredAssisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as neededWhat we're looking for Proven experience in an administrative or purchasing role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa MalaysiaProficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and WordAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindsetWhat we offer
