Job Description Purchase Stationery & Pantry supplies Collect and keep track of all utility bills Liaise with technicians regarding office maintenance matters Assist HR with the managing the cash flow record Assist HR with an urgent task Assist HR in Organizing and scheduling appointments Assist HR with a Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist HR with an Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Preparing Claim Develop and maintain a filing system.
Processing new license application Key in all transaction record data in system ILS To ensure all data keys in are correctly completed Maintaining data census accurate manner Checking / uploading documents and picture in system Any other related duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements Fresh Diploma/STPM/SPM holder are welcome to apply Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic Understanding of databases A Strong team player, independent, result oriented and committed to any task was assigned by the management Must be willing to work beyond office hour to meet datelines as at when required by the Management


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
