Admin Cum Hr Executive

Responsibilities: Provide administrative and office support activities to facilitate the smooth operation of the company.Collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.Assist with office purchasing, including issuing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and following up on deliveries.Update the company website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook) with documented company activities and events.Support the payroll administration process, including personal data administration, organization data maintenance, and leave management.Prepare HR documents such as letters and memos related to performance appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and increments.Assist in liaising with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities.Help oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and organize company events and meetings.Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.Requirements:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of etiquette and interpersonal relationship management.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
