Admin Cum Hr Generalist

-Daily Office Management: Oversee administrative operations and ensuring smooth daily functions.


-Policy Development: Create and implement policies and procedures to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.


-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to ensure seamless operations across all offices.


-HR Functions Management: Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.


-Strategic HR Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.


-Compliance and Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations, and act as the primary contact for employee relations, offering guidance and support.


-Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, promote a positive work culture, and organize training sessions to foster employee development.

-Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Experience: At least 1 year of experience in human resources roles with proficiency in HR functions.


-Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.


-Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.


-Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and maintaining confidentiality.


-Skillsets and Business Acumen: Proficient in MS Office, strong multitasking skills, good business acumen, and adaptability to different environments.
