Compiles, maintains, and updates company records.
Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Prepares documentation and filing.
Takes down meeting minutes for all relevant meetings.
Acts as the organizational receptionist.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
Performs any other task or function as assigned by Manager.
