Admin Cum Marketing Executive

Manage day-to-day administrative & operation activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.Maintain a proper and efficient filling system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.To plan, develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our Baker's Cottage brand and its network of F&B retail outlets as well as other consumer brands under the Group.To manage the website and all online promotions and communications via digital and social media marketing.To plan and develop all in-store's Point of Sale (POS) display materials and oversee the product display and presentation as well as packaging design and materials of consumer products.To work closely with advertising agencies and internal departments to achieve the marketing plan within the budget.To prepare budget for all marketing campaigns.To conduct periodic review of all marketing campaigns over achieved sales, SWOT analysis and market surveillance.To manage the customer service and online business.To involve in new product development and launching campaign.To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field will be added advantage.Strong knowledge in online and digital platforms.Cheerful, passionate and a team player.Strong interpersonal skills.Able to travel and work outstation.Willing to work at our office at Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
