We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Service Planner, also known asAdmin & Customer Service (3 months Contract)to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to plan customers' service appointments, assign and coordinate with the service team to create an optimal service schedule.
To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus, and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Service and Operation Team.In this role you will be responsible for:
Plan customers' service appointments and coordinate with the service team to create optimal schedules
Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently
Follow up with the service team to ensure no service backlogs
Analyse service team capacity data for service schedule improvement
Attend monthly stock take and prepare stock closing reports
Compile service reports and invoices to customers upon request
Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any field
Minimum 2 years experience in capacity analyses and service scheduling
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
Good planning and organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks with effective time management
Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work
Customer-oriented
Result-driven
Employment of foreigners is subject to local authorities' approval and their own visa application
Highly Desirable:
Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask
Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
