Admin Driver (Travel From Penang To Kulim, Vice

Details of the offer

Support in transporting expatriates during commuting to work and working hours.- Pick up expatriate or visitor from the place and time they've requested (Pick-up at Airport, Hotel and etc).- Check on official trips, daily mileages, fuel consumption and etc.- Updating route, mileage and delivery logs.- Planning the best routes by taking factors like roadblocks and traffic into consideration.- To ensure that their driving license is always valid and ensure that the vehicle driven has a valid road tax.- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.- Reporting any fine, accidents, and damage to management.- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.- To keep service record and carry out general maintenance and deliver the vehicle to a workshop when necessary.- To maintain the cleanliness of exterior and interior of the vehicle, e.g. washing and vacuum the cars periodically.- Assist office staff in delivery or collection of documents and other items.- Assists the administration department going to bank or government authority such as Immigration, IRB Department, Customs and etc.- Carries out banking task (if any)- Arrange with HR during SRC Events such as purchase item and etc.- Need to travel outstation if required.- Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the MD and passengers.- Any other task assign by superior.Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company car- Health insurance- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Driver: 2 years (required)License/Certification:- Driving License (required)
