Job Responsibilities:
Daily inspection appointment submission, filing and monthly summary
Assist Office Manager on management of office activities and equipment
Prepare sales reports for the team; generate weekly auction sales report for the management
Work closely with car inspectors to coordinate inspection appointments
Prepare customer account usage statistics for the team daily
Performing monetary bank transfers to customers upon successful sales
