Details of the offer

Ability to handle full set of accounts for the company and perform month end closing in a timely manner. - Prepare bank reconciliations and checking of daily bank balances. - Able to assist in treasury forecasting activities. - Prepare monthly reconciliation records and ensure timely submission of records. - Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Tax Schedules. - Liaise with tax agents, auditors and bankers, company secretary, lawyers, government authorities on related job matters. - Works closely with Human Resource Department for accurate and timely computation of monthly payroll. - Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as at when required. - Review and approve balance sheets and balance sheet reconciliations. - Process invoices and arranging payment proposals. - Perform as per what superior/ Accounts Manager/ Financial Controller requires. Requirement: - LCCI, Diploma in Accounting/ Certification in Accounting and Financing Management. - Minimum 3 years of related working experienced preferably in Education, Hospitality and Lifestyle and Development Company in accounting & payroll. - Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. - Microsoft, Excel and Word/ Preferably WIZ accounting. - Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines. - Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills. - Willing to work in Melaka.Hatten Group Sdn Bhd is a renowned property developer company based in Melaka with three core businesses comprising property development, strategic investment and asset management.
