Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Recording company's financial transactions into organized accounts on a daily basis.
Oversee calculation and distribution of employee salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other compensation.
Manage inventory system and purchase orders.
Prepare monthly inventory aging reports.
Maintain and update company database.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a related field or above; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Organization skills and problem-solving skills.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy, experience in using office software (word, spreadsheet, presentation).
Related working experience in accounting or HR management is a plus.
