Work location: KKIP 13, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Job Description Responsible for applying for business licenses, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and managing branch land title documents. Reviewing the business opportunities report provided during meetings. Monitor regional activities and changes in business opportunities. Weekly reporting on the on-site visitation Responsible for administrative tasks at branch, including purchasing of stationery and office supplies, and handling utilities payments. Inventory management, managing the equipment inbound & outboundRequirement: Bachelor Degree.At least 2 years of working experience in administration or business support role.Enthusiast in building good relationships with people.Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and MandarinPosses own transport and valid driving license.
