Answer and direct phone callsWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemSubmit and reconcile expense reportsProvide general support to visitorsAct as the point of contact for internal and external customersLiaise with supervisors to handle requests and queries from senior managersAssist in distribution and receipt of goods to and from suppliers and customersStock take, stock managementAssist in ISO documentation, reporting, auditAssist in Human Resource matters i.e. payroll, foreign worker permit, leave applicationAssist in housekeeping of audited documentsAssist in ad-hoc tasks such as dealing with regulatory bodies, SOCSO claim etc
