We are looking for a well-organized Admin Executive to provide support to our Sales & Marketing Department. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance, as well as the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing after-sales support when needed.Coordinate team schedules and ensure deadlines are met.Prepare and organize documents accurately for submission to local authorities.Issue and send invoices and bills to customers through various channels.Manage and store financial and non-financial data in electronic form and presenting reports when required.Monitor and inform relevant parties of unforeseen delays or issues with submissions.Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with laws and policies.Handle office supplies orders with accuracy and timeliness.Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. Added advantage for candidates with strong mathematical skills and proficiency in calculations.Excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.Ability to think on own feet and resolve difficult situations, making clients feel valued.Strong multitasking and time management skills.Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Added advantage for candidates fluent in Mandarin.
