Details of the offer

**Job responsibilities**- Perform invoice submissions- Check and prepare works orders, quotations, delivery orders for customers- Prepare specifications for customers- Co-ordinate and ensure all filing systems in the company's computers are standardised for easy reference- Assist in organising shipments of customers' orders and documentations- Prepare standardised sales letters with company's product brochures for customers- Attend to incoming sales enquiries**Job requirements**:- SPM/GCE "O" Level or above- Minimum 1 years administrative experience in similar job role- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word- Able to handle large volumes of paperwork- Good communication and work organisation skills- Able to work in a team**Working hours**:- Monday to Friday- Saturday: half day**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
