Details of the offer

**Working Location in Singapore****Responsibilities**:- Handle customers' orders & inquiries with efficient manner- Handle the procedures of all orders & shipping documents accurately- Monitor and expedite delivery according to production schedule.- Coordinate & follow up with production in fulfilling the job orders, deadline & shipments- Handle excellent working relationships with clients- Manage the general office administration functions together with other administrators- Filing and maintaining of documents- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned**Job Requirements**- 'O' level, Diploma or equivalent.- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.- Independent, highly organized, takes initiatives, fast learner, positive attitude, performance oriented & excellent team spirit- Ability to multitask & prioritize- Good time management- Proficient in MS Office- Proficient in Administrative work for at least 1 year (preferred)- Able to speak in Mandarin is advantages**Benefits**- Completion Bonus/Year End Bonus- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- When is your earliest availability?- Will you willing to work in Singapore?Application Deadline: 05/31/2024
