Admin Executive

Job Goal: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. As an Administrative Executive, you will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the organization.   You will play an important role to: Involve in busduct sales activity. Involve in administration documentation. Involve in shipping and delivery. To liaise with logistic department and custom when required. Prepare monthly Sales Report, delivery schedule and forecast to management. Any other related jobs assigned by the HOD/supervisor etc. Review and analysis between busduct PO quantity and Actual Delivered quantity. Prepare monthly export price survey for custom submission.   To be successful in this role you will need to have: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Admin Administration or equivalent course. 1 - 2 years of experience in Admin department or similar role.
