Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Organizing office operations and procedures, such as filing, record-keeping, and office supplies management.Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating logistics for company events or conferences.Communication: Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.Preparing reports, memos, and presentations for senior management.Support to Management: Assisting executives with administrative tasks, including calendar management and travel arrangements.Supporting various departments in documentation, paperwork, and compliance tasks.Documentation & Filing: Maintaining accurate records and confidential files.Managing and updating databases and client files.Coordination & Liaison: Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams for project requirements.Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and handling employee onboarding logistics.Financial Administration: Assisting in budget preparation and expense tracking.Processing invoices and reimbursements.Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of financial administration and project coordination.
