Admin Executive

Details of the offer

Assist the Director on administrative matters.
Works closely with high-level executives, providing administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
Perform general administrative duties such as license application and renewing, admin documentation, filing, copying, scanning, emailing etc.
Support the team in daily operations of the department, including internal process, administration, IT requests, and coordination of meetings and department activities.
Arranging, monitoring, and ordering of pantry supplies, stationeries, toiletries, and inventory for the office monthly.
Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Maintaining an effective filing, update company record, databases and communicating relevant information.
Preparing tender document.
Provides administrative support for project teams, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating communication.
Contribute to Teamwork.
Requirements:
Degree / diploma in any disciplines.
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of work experience.
Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Organized and meticulous.
Pleasant personality, positive attitude and willing to learn.
Handle all the administrations task as assign from the superior.
Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office.
Filing and replying email and & ensure all the documentations are in the correct order.
Knowledge in E-Perolehan will be advantage.
Able to work independently, hardworking, and responsible.
Possess own transport.
Can start immediately.
