Job Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering as necessary.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and staff.Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Financial Administration: Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.Human Resources Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities.Project Coordination: Help coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned.Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.Ad Hoc  To maintain the cleanliness of the property upon requested


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
