GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The Glenmarie - Admin Assistant is a support staff in the Company and is responsible for acting as an important coordinating point between external parties and companies. To handle all administrative work.
SALARY: RM 2,000 - RM 2,300 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: To assist and carry out the day-to-day sales operation matters.To assist the Sales Advisor on staff claim submission.To ensure all the new vehicle allocation and registration.To submit the report for the Sales Consultant commission.Verifying customers' personal information and payment details to ensure accuracy for invoicing, receipts and car registration.Maintain and upkeep proper administrative records.To ensure accuracy in vehicle insurance submission.Communicating closely with bankers to submit loan applications for clients and the Sales Team.Coordinating appointments for the Sales Team.To ensure the office administration operation is in order.To assist in any task as and when required. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
(Essential Skills\Knowledge and Experiences)
Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration. Experience in automotive is an advantage.Minimum education; SPM, Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.A team player with the ability to work in a team environment.Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must. Additional language is an advantage.Good skills in Microsoft Office, presentation and effective communication skills.Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.Immediate joiner is preferred
