Job DescriptionDevelop relationships with potential clients in the solar industry, such as Developers, Consultants, EPCCs, and Factories.
Tailor equipment solutions to meet clients' needs and budget.
Create detailed proposals with the technical team, including equipment specs, pricing, and project timelines.
Present product demonstrations to showcase equipment benefits to clients.
Negotiate contracts with clients for mutually beneficial agreements.
Provide technical support to clients throughout the sales process.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors for a competitive advantage.
Meet sales targets set by management.
Generate sales reports for management updates.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the energy sector.
Strong understanding of energy equipment and technology, including DC inverters, batteries, DC cables, PV modules, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office.
NOTE: Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage, but writing and reading Chinese is a must. Preferably Chinese candidates with experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - any race, but salary range from RM2,000 to RM2,500.
