Details of the offer

As the Recruitment and Administrative, you will be responsiblefor supporting the recruitment efforts of the company, specifically focused oncreating job postings and advertisements, scheduling interviews, and assisting inthe management of the applicant tracking system. In addition, you will provideadministrative support to the director, including managing their calendar andscheduling appointments. You will play a critical role in helping the companymeet its recruitment goals and supporting the director in achieving overallcompany objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Create job postings and job advertisements for internal job openings and client job openings- Schedule and conduct interviews for internal job openings- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system for internal job openings- Provide administrative support to the director, including managing their calendar and scheduling appointments- Research alternative recruitment services, apps, suppliers, or solutions- Monitor company operations and report findings to managementRequirement- Degree/Diploma in HR/Admin/Sales/Marketing or equivalent.- Ability to multitask & experience in dealing with a demanding role.- Ability to organise and plan own work.- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.- A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise.- Ability to work on own initiative.- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.- Able to speak English and Mandarin.- Must know **SQL programme
