Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Full timeAssist in Sales Processing tasks which include billing processing, payment processing, CN/DN processing, etc.Sales booklet and Sales Catalog ordering and distribution. Monitoring and controlling stock levels.Stationery ordering and distribution. Monitoring and controlling stock and sales levels.Assist in daily Sales Admin & Sales & Service Department administration work including but not limited to meeting arrangements, memorandum/notice issuance, email sending, minutes writing, etc.Participate in organizing company events including but not limited to Staff Meetings, training, workshops, or any festive celebrations.Assist in reinforcement of group policies & procedures to ensure compliance by all levels.Job Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Able to communicate and write in English and BC.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
