Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:Assist in Sales Processing tasks which include billing processing, payment processing, CN/DN processing, etc.
Sales booklet and Sales Catalog ordering and distribution; monitoring and controlling stock levels.
Stationery ordering and distribution; monitoring and controlling stock and sales levels.
Assist in daily Sales Admin & Sales & Service Department administration work including, but not limited to, meeting arrangements, memorandum/notice issuance, email sending, minutes writing, etc.
Participate in organizing company events including, but not limited to, Staff Meetings, training, workshops, or any festive celebrations, etc.
Assist in reinforcement of group policies & procedures to ensure compliance by all levels.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Able to communicate and write in English and BC.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.
