About the business Well-established & fast-growing accounting firm located in Sydney CBD (Currently the position is a work from Malaysia position).
We deliver a very high standard of accounting and taxation services to our clients, including high-net-worth individuals and SMEs to a broad range of clientele across Australia.
Currently looking to expand our team in Malaysia. You will be working from Malaysia while having the opportunity to serve our Australian clients.
Job Responsibilities: Perform daily admin duties, handle confidential matter and provide administrative support.Gather information and implement policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal regulations.Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisal, employee's activities, staff birthday celebration etc.Handle employee relations including disciplinary actions and grievances.Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing meetings.Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.To carry any other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required.Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.Experiences in HR field is a plus.Familiar with local labor laws and relevant regulations.Strong interpersonal skills, organisational skills and able to work both independently and in a team setting.Possess good interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
