Fresh Graduate Welcome To ApplyPossess good communication skills, comprehension skills, persuasion skills, and closing techniquesAggressive, result-oriented, willing to accept challengesPreferred with at least 1 year of office administration experience.Possess with own transportation
Tasks & responsibilities

Assisting with documentation, and administrative support.Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-up.Manage customer order with prepare quotation, checking and compile product info, project info and etc.Handle the processing of shipments with accuracy and timelinessRespond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Note:
Monday to Friday (5 days work)
