Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
We are a dynamic and established company involved in Conference & Concert Management for 22 years now. In line with our business expansion, we are inviting candidates who are seeking excellent opportunities for career advancement to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Checking & preparing sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes, petty cash, staff claims & other related matters on a regular basis.
Processing payments, ensuring monthly scheduled payments are made within the timeline.
Ensuring all payments received are invoiced without delay and e-banking is conducted to creditors in accordance with policies and procedures.
Liaising with bankers, clients' procurement team, company secretary, government, and other statutory bodies to process all documents on time and in the right manner.
Online & offline procurement processes, liaising with the client's team to ensure success & timeliness.
Ensuring effective management of treasury and proper utilization of funds with updated cash flow.
Verifying & tracking employee leave applications, RO, and daily attendance, preparation of monthly payroll including all deductions and statutory contributions – EPF, SOCSO, Payroll tax & related organizations.
Handling company's confidential documents, ensuring the effectiveness of office administration and maintaining a conducive & harmonious working environment.
Providing support for all IT matters & liaising with relevant suppliers.
Managing all office administrative matters.
Preparing & supporting all incoming & outgoing staff assets, data, document storage & ad-hoc HR matters.
Coordinating and liaising with other departments efficiently.
Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Accountancy/Biz Admin/Secretary or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skills: UBS Accounting, MS Word & Excel.
Computer savvy, able to deal with IT support vendors to assist staff as needed.
Ability to work independently, timeline cautious, meticulous with a high level of motivation.
Statistically inclined with good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to cope with reporting deadlines.
Required languages: English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
Honest, responsible, hardworking, with interpersonal skills and self-discipline.
Must have own transport.
