Admin Hr Assistant (I-Sihat Dental Care) - Johor

Perform office documentation & Scanning.- Any assign ad hoc task from Management.- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.- Responsible for daily administration, office management, and maintaining general files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment, compensation benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, industrial relations, etc.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Support the execution of HR practices and procedures.- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).- Assist in payroll preparation.JOB LOCATION: JOHOR BAHRU**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
