Admin and HR Assistant
Salary:RM4,000
Location:Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours & Days:8.30am to 5.30pm
Contract:6 months
Job Description and ResponsibilitiesMaintaining an online filing system for Human Resources job applications data.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists.
Submit and reconcile expense cost for offices to Finance team.
Provide general support to office visitors and guests.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with associates and senior associates to handle requests and queries from senior managers and directors.
Handle queries and maintenance for the office.#J-18808-Ljbffr
